CST-X Classes

On top of a healthy diet, the best way to achieve weight loss and build lean, sexy muscle is participating in a program that consists of both strength and cardio training. CST-X (Cardio Strength Training Xtreme) combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises to torch fat, build lean muscle, and get stronger faster.

Classes are Monday at 0500 and Tuesday and Friday at 0530 at the Studio Fitness located at 325 W 19th Street.  We also have separate class at Spott's Park on Wednesday and Fridays.  And we trail run three days per week.  If you want more info, email me: CST-X@billmallin.com (I don't link my email on purpose to help fight SPAM), or join our secure Facebook group.

Price:
$60 for a month/30 days for the studio class (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). You can register anytime during the month. If you want to be charged automatically every 30 days, choose the Auto-Pay option.
